SOC is offering grants of up to $250 to offset travel, food (excluding alcoholic beverages) and off-campus
accommodation costs for attendees.

There is a limited amount of free (no cost) on-campus housing available for summit attendees. Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please note all rooms are shared; single rooms are not available.

If awarded a grant, attendee must provide original receipts of hotel, airfare, and/or food payments. If flying, original boarding passes are required for reimbursement. All receipts are due to SOC by 5:00 pm on March 17, 2014. Late submissions will not be processed for reimbursement.
